The diverse colors can produce different color effect with the change of perspectives to bring you a sense of magnificence and brightness. The paint features strong adhesive force to the surface of plastic materials, fast drying, climate resistance, and chemical resistance. It is applied to wet-contact-wet technical spraying to strengthen its luster and stereoscopic sensation by spraying S87-1 coating varnish. Surface treatment: The surface to be painted should be kept clean free from sand traces, and pits. Method for use: Use X-30-J to dilute it to required viscosity after blending a dose of group A with 15 doses of group B. The effect will be better by using sieve net of size 200 before using it on paint and electrophoresis paint. Method for use: Average spraying Spraying viscosity: ：13～15S（four cups，25℃）. Caliber of spray gun: 1.4mm gravity type spray gun, 1.7mm sucking spray gun Spray gun pressure: 3.5～5.5kg/cm2. Times of spray: decussation spraying 2-3 times,
time gap is 3-5 mins between each. Precautions: It should be stirred even after opening group B. You should pay more attention to evenness of gun distance and gun movement speed, each layer should be thin, several layers for each spraying, never to spray thick. After blending group A and group B, you should use it up within five hours. After use, it should be sealed well, to keep building site ventilated and keep your eyes and skin from contacting it. It should be stored in cool place, and away from fire for inflammable articles. |
